Raising (hell in) Arizona: Bills v 49ers week 13 Recap

  21 years, that's how long it took to get a Buffalo Bills Monday Night Football win and man was it sweet. I come on here week after week and remind everyone just how good this team is, and you might think to yourself "Dalan, we were 8-3 going into this game, why would anyone think we aren't good?" tell that to ESPN who were treating it like the 9ers were 8-3 and we were 5-6, and tell that to Las Vegas who at the beginning of the game had us as 1.5 point underdogs. 

Another win and another week of 300+ yards of offence for our very own Josh Allen, he was firing on all cylinders dropping absolute dimes and evading any pressure the 9ers threw at him. 

You're only as good as your weapons around you and Josh's weapons have been amazing this season and this game was no different. Dawson Knox was dolphin diving like a crazy person, Gabriel Davis was everywhere, Diggs yet again made every hard catch look like a piece of cake, and man oh man did Cole Beasley have another unreal game.  

The defence took another step in the right direction after looking shaky in the first few plays against the run, they put it together with AJ Klein continuing his dominance, Matt Milano coming back from injury and looking awesome, also my two favourite guys got back on track Micah Hyde and Tre'Davious both came away with huge interceptions. 

Yes there were some bad looks Levi Wallace wasn't that hot, but we're 9-3 heading into another prime time game against the newley 11-1 Steelers. It's another huge test for this team on the road to the playoffs but this is the most confident i've been in a Buffalo Bills team in years and we look hot and ready to roll.

     What a kick in the nuts that was, all of the momentum and hope we had were pissed way in just the first half.  I mean what the fuck happened?  We admittedly looked like shit against the Colts but we squeaked by and won, the same thing happened against the Ravens; we looked god awful but thankfully for us so did Lamar Jackson.  We were unbelievably lucky to make it as far as we did with how bad we looked, we had the opportunity to make changes and adjustments but that would've been too easy. We go into a game against the defending Super Bowl champs, with a chance to go to the Super Bowl for the first time since 93' and we looked horrendous.  The defence was non-existent, no one and I mean fucking no one would guard either Travis Kelce or hall of fame woman beater Tyreek Hill. WAGONS = CIRCLED: Bills v Colts wild card weekend Recap

    Holy shit, what a batshit fucking crazy game that was. The Bills had to overcome a lot to erase the 25 years of playoff hurt, from dogshit play calling from Brian Daboll, to Josh having to run all over the place, to Gabriel Davis toe-tapping it twice in a row, to that bullshit no fumble call there to end the game the Bills simply wouldn't die.  I'm going to keep it real with you, we did not look good. The play calling on offence was just absolutely horrible, shades of the Texans game from last year. We give Josh all of these weapons to throw to but hey let's run it 3 times in a row and pile on the 3 and outs. If we have any hope of making it to the Super Bowl, Brian Daboll has to figure it the fuck out.  Going into the game it was obvious Jonathan Taylor was going to be an issue with how we've handled the run. The End : Toronto Blue Jays game 162 recap

      Game 162 for all the marbles....  Should the Jays not have gotten swept by the Nats? Yes. Should the Jays not have gone 3-3 against the Tigers when they were vying for the top WC spot? Probably. Should the Jays not have gotten shit pumped by the Twins 3 times coming down the stretch? Absolutely. But those all unfortunately happened leaving the Jays on the outside looking in and their fate in the hands of the Nationals, Rays, and Angels. While leaving us the fans looking like Charlie from It's Always Sunny connecting the dots for a 1 Game WC birth.   The Jays came out hot and the bats were on fire going up 9-1 on a George Springer grand slam, while the Rays and Yanks were deadlocked at 0-0, the Mariners were down to the Angels, and the Red Sox were down 3-1 to the Nats.  The Jays close out game 162 strong killing the poor O's 12-4, with homers from Springer, Semien, and my king Vladdy Jr if this was going to be it at least they gave us a show to remember.
